Nicolene Schoeman-Louw, the founder and Managing Director of Schoemanlaw Inc, established in 2007 at the age of 24, is a dynamic legal professional.

While She is an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa, with expertise in conveyancing, notary work, and mediation, her true calling lies in the commercial arena. She thrives on empowering entrepreneurs to reach their full potential.

Leveraging her comprehensive understanding of contract drafting, B-BBEE compliance, construction law, mining law, technology, and insurance law, she empowers entrepreneurs to navigate the legal and practical complexities of their business through establishing robust continuity plans and corporate governance frameworks ensuring the long-term success of their ventures.

Nicolene graduated cum laude with an LLB degree and completed her LLM in Commercial Law and B-BBEE at the University of the Free State. Additionally, she earned a postgraduate diploma in Financial Planning (CFP) from the University of Stellenbosch.

Her academic prowess is highlighted by the publication of an abstract from her LLM dissertation in the Journal for Estate Planning in 2006.
