Meet Fadia Arnold

Fadia Arnold, a distinguished legal professional, earned her recognition as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa in 2011, culminating two years of dedicated article clerkship. Her journey towards excellence in the legal field began with her academic achievements.

In 2005, she proudly secured a Bachelor of Social Sciences degree in Labour Law, Organizational Psychology, and Human Resources Management from The University of Cape Town. Fadia's exceptional matric results were duly honored with the prestigious entrance scholarship prize from the same university.

Continuing her pursuit of knowledge, Fadia attained her Bachelor of Laws degree from The University of Cape Town in 2009. Her unwavering commitment to academic excellence earned her a well-deserved spot on The University of Cape Town's Dean's Merit List.

Not one to rest on her laurels, Fadia expanded her expertise by obtaining a Certificate in Commercial Arbitration from AFSA (Arbitration Foundation of Southern Africa) in 2014. Her academic prowess also led to her membership in the prestigious International Golden Key Honour Society, an accolade bestowed in recognition of her outstanding academic achievements at The University of Cape Town.

Over her career, she has capably represented the interests of both employers and employees in a multitude of disputes. Her presence has graced courtrooms and arbitration tables nationwide, including the Labour Court, CCMA, and various Bargaining Councils, where she has consistently showcased her command of employment law matters.

Fadia's professional journey includes contributions to renowned law firms, notably as an Associate in the Employment Law Department of the esteemed Werksmans Attorneys, shortly after her admission as an attorney.
